Great hotel, good size and clean room; friendly staff. there isn't a shuttle but the public bus to and from the terminal is pretty easy and runs about every 20-30 mins. Not fun if you have a lot of bags but it's budget friendly.

Amazing property to stay and a special mention to the man on reception (can't remember his name) he recommended to get Uber outside to airport rather than the shuttle bus which would have been same charge but 40 minute journey, where as Uber took 10 mins. Vitak part of information as we would have missed our flight if it wasn't for that so thank you. Will stay again if I travel from Heathrow Terminal 5

Booked a King Bed room and was giving the smallest room in the building and with a small bed. Even though I could see on the emergency exit floor plan that I was in fact in a small room and that clearly the bed was not a king. The receptionist lied to me, saying that the room was normal sized and that the bed was a king. After showing photos of the room I was given he finally agreed it was smaller than a king. I asked to be moved and he told me they were all sold out and the only room available was a twin bed. After going to the Hyatt website and clicking on my same dates I was able to show him that there was availability. He said, the website was wrong, and that it wouldn't let me book it. I got all the way to entering my credit card and he finally caved. I was given a new keycard and given a room with king bed. I wrote to management explaining what happened, and they just apologized and gave excuses. I will never stay here again.

We will stay here every time we fly in to LHR. There are a couple of reasons for this. 1) it’s whisper quiet in the hotel so you know you are going to get a good night sleep. 2) you can walk to Europcar car hire. 3)there are Buses from the hotel to the airport. Staff are nice, it’s clean and quiet.. have literally nothing bad to say about it.
