The stay was amazing and every member of staff was accommodating. What a pleasure it was to stay here. I didn’t like the parking under the building, but the staff were very helpful with this and went above and beyond to help me.

Myself and my colleague stayed over for a training event we had in birmingham, this was a fab hotel rooms basic but clean which is all you need, fabulous places for transport links and shops (which we were able to go have a wee look at), breakfast was beautiful with plenty opitions and the reception/bar area was lovely and welcoming.

Our only issue was that the air conditioning barely worked, if it did at all. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed the evening we spent huddled up in the lounge.

Smooth check in ... once I found the hotel (had a nice tour of the Bullring first, my error!!). Room was compact but did the job. Could open the windows which was nice. TV worked. Would have been better to have nicer coffee than Nescafe. It looked like you could help yourself to the coffee machines downstairs when they were open, (although I never read anything to say that).

Stayed one night as went to see a band in digbeth
Room was basic but very clean and a decent shower. Bed was ok too
Paid a tenner for breakfast which was good value
Staff all seemed super helpful
I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful hotel...clean and everything you need in the room. Car park at hotel was handy, not as tight as some reviews suggested. Would stay there again if the need arose. Thanks to reception staff who were very helpful

Great hotel,stayed a few times here ,always lovely and helpful staff,clean and good security at night with the location.
Basic room ,but got it a great price and still had great utilities and comfortable and thats all we needed for the night ! Would definitely stay here again .

This hotel is in a great location for Chinatown and The Glee Club. Very convenient multi-storey car park facing the hotel - don't forget to let the hotel know to get your discounted rate. We were there on a Monday evening, and had no problems with noise etc. Good value for money.

Parking at hotel is secure but the access is only suitable for small cars (Golf).. All points of contact from entrance/exit and all walls inside are covered in the scars of cars scraped against them. There is no space to turn and no clearance to open a boot. There is alternative parking very close (public Arcadia car park - similar price but of course not Secure). Rooms are very small but clean and staff are polite and helpful. It is 4 mins walk to new Station -local area is very down market!

Great check-in and was able to get in the room after a tiring journey before 3pm.
Clean room and always comfortable.
Area around the hotel is vibrant and extremely noisy at night. Hotel is not soundproof.

The room was red hot, the light took an age to come on in the bathroom, the bed was rock hard and the bathroom was so shabby it felt unclean.
On a positive note, breakfast was fine and the hotel is a two minute walk to New Steet station, and very accessable for everything, which was what I needed on this trip.

The room was comfy enough and the staff were all wonderful but the hotel is located in the middle of a restaurant/nightclub block so there’s a constant thump thump of music late into the night. Very handy for New St Station though and no shortage of places to eat.
