Inn On The Prom Hotel

Very slow waited 15-20 mins before being served at the bar and order food.

Perfect location and staff were super helpful

I am a single lady traveller and the single room was lovely . I felt very safe and comfortable and would defiantly stay here again .

Room, was a little cold but was comfortable

Hotel well positioned for the sea and town unfortunately no restaurant only a limit choice off the bar menu.

Pretty good. Rooms and communal spaces were clean. Parking can be tight though.

Everything was really good apart from the bar. Staff seemed to have other duties which meant bar was not manned fully. That is the only fault but it would not stop me going again. Maybe just staffing problems on the night.

Scruffy and smelly room with worn out furniture. Putting wallpaper on one of the walls doesn't turn it into a 'deluxe' room

Location good , got a pool if you want to use but desperately needs a make over . Not good when your room as stains on the roof. Breakfast is a buffet ,some items where luke warm ,was edible .

Welcoming, good service and worth the value

Room was good. The english breakfast was good with a fair choice to pick from.

Great size twin bedded room. Delicious breakfast.

Only downside was the wifi and signal are terrible. But other than that its an absolutely lovely place. Awesome staff,even got my daughter balloons & chocolate for our arrival fpr her birthday. Will be back soon the pool and sauna were stunning and great! Breakfast lovely.

After booking, great communication, even placed fizz and Balloons in our room for birthday treat The room was upgraded from others in our booking which was a nice touch and appreciated for the birthday person.

My wife and I (65/66) had a great weekend. Found the hotel comfortable and friendly. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Food was excellent as were the evening singers. Beach with pier was opposite and town centre with shops,pubs,bars and restaurants were a four minute walk away.

Good all-round

No air-conditioning anywhere in the hotel some windows are sealed shut and room window only opens about 4 inches the hotel is in need of a refurbishment as there is a lot of maintenance required. We didn't stay the night because it was too hot for my little dogs and they were struggling with the heat

We stayed in a deluxe family room which was supposedly meant to be quite nice in the new bit. The room was spacious but very run down, the carpet was like old underlay, the beds not great quality. There was only one small window in the room that opened, all night we were so hot. No fan in the room. The window literally overlooked another brick wall building. It was not worth the £200 that we paid. No fridge or even complimentary biscuit in the room. The room smelt too, very mouldy. The key to open the door was tough to use. The parking was stressful, no space in the car park which was difficult with kids. I ended up parking in the overflow car park which I struggled to initially find, this was so small too. I didn’t like the walk from the overflow card park to the hotel with children, it was quite isolated. Breakfast was very basic but ok. Just overall not worth it for what we paid.
