Never stayed in a hostel but chosen due to location and previous good reviews. Stayed with my older children in the rooms with en-suite. The room was clean, en-suite was small but perfectly fine. Bed was comfy. Could not fault it. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Bar was loud but that's fine, it was a younger crowd. However staff left us take our drinks to quieter room away from the bar especially as someone in my group is autistic and would not be able to cope with the noise. So we were still able to enjoy happy hour. A great experience and would book again

My private room was clean and equipped with a nice premium range of toiletries. Free tee, coffee and hot chocolate station was a nice touch too, and reception staff kindly kept some milk for me in the fridge.

Staff were more than helpful. The room, not so pleasant. Booked a double room. Got allocated a family room. The room was very tight, cramped and the double bed was between the window wall and another wall so that the only way into the bed was to crawl in from the bottom. The "en suite" is a portaloo style complete bathroom. Again very tight and cramp. Fixtures loose faulty and need attention. They was no facilities to make our selves a hot drink in the room. The room was cold even with the electric heater on. For the price of the stay i am very disappointed with the room

Staff was friendly, accommodation was good for what you paid for. Downfall was the room wasn’t 100% clean with a sticky patch on the floor etc. but good value for money
