Staff let me check in a few hours early to defrost, for which I was incredibly grateful! Was pleasantly surprised at how warm and quiet the room was in winter even without the heating on. Small as per the pictures

Booked in late so ended up with tiny room on 2nd floor. They said that if we had contacted them before they could have kept a room lower down for us but it was too late by then. Room tiny we had difficulty getting into bed and bathroom also small with no plug in sink!

The all hotel it’s rubbish , the bed it’s the worse the smell the noise the rooms where very small I spend lots for nothing . Many it’s thru you must be there only if you are desperate… Room n 4 ..horrible…. Fabio

Miserable B&B. Messaged them through expedia prev day dis not reply. The place was neglected, smelt. Miserable man on reception. Tiny room. Think the bed sheets were clean. Very rough looking place. My son had a big piece of chewing gum stuck on the wall next to his bed. I said its just a flaw in the plaster, i looked closer but no it was an actua lump of chewing gum. Old mouldy shower. Sink and toilet clean. Carpets in hall and landing filthy & smelt. Never again. Pics are deceiptful

Room was small but ok. Couldnt turn off radiator so was boiling n woke my daughter up. Reception were nice and carried the cases upstairs. Basic but good area and near to St Pancras and Kings Cross
