I spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything. Location was perfect — close to the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I would happily come back and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Room fantastic and reception staff brilliant. Breakfast was an absolute farce. Service incredibly slow. No bread, no plates, no butter, coffee machines out of order and no alternative offered. Order taken for breakfast along with other guests and other orders taken after ours. Waited 40minutes and didn’t receive our breakfast. Rude staff basically saying that they are busy and there were only two of them???

Great location-within the city centre, just 5 minute walk from the rail station and yards from the Arena but still on a quiet road. Room was small but all that you need for a short stay. Clean with decent bed and shower. It is integral to a pub where breakfast is served however we didn’t eat there as felt £18 extra was not good value. Plenty of cafes,restaurants,pubs on the doorstep.
