Staff perfect as usual. The bed in 605 was absolutely horrendous. Uncomfortable and very hard. We have never had such an uncomfortable bed in all the years we have been staying there. Not happy at all

It was OK, rather old fashioned, basic and in need of a fresh decoration (room especially). Kettle and instant coffee rather than biscuits and Nespresso etc. WiFi good. Staff really nice and helpful.
