The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The doors in the room are not that soundproof so you sometimes get noise from the corridor if people are drunk etc. but apart from that it was excellent

Lovely hotel, foyer really impressive. Lovely swimming pool and the hotel smelt lovely and it was clean. The only let down was the cooked breakfast wasn’t great at all.

Toilet door had no lock on and wouldn’t stay closed, safety catch on main door was hanging off and by the end of our stay it had fallen off. Overall the room wasn’t worth the money we paid, I was expecting a much cleaner brighter room

The hotel was mostly great and has a fantastic location on the seafront near the pier. I stayed in one of their premium executive suites and it was mostly ok but definitely had a few condition issues. The carpet was very worn out and was coming away from the floor in some places. The carpet also had a large stain right in front of the couch. The work desk in the bedroom had basically zero wifi connectivity and was impossible to work from. Once i moved to the dining table in the living room, the wifi was usable and i was able to work. I would not pay the premium price to stay in that room again without some upgrades to the carpet and wifi signal.

Oval all stay was Oky , as Brighton was sunny we enjoyed
Hotel parking is extremely expensive
The climate control of lobby and beakfast area -5 degree like freezing… no one listens
The rooms as well frozen
