This hotel was fantastic to stay at and our young children enjoyed it as well. All the staff from being welcomed in, to breakfast to cleaning staff, everyone was super kind, helpful and very friendly. We used the concierge services too and had fantastic trip thanks to their extra help’

Loved it!

Our room was very comfortable. The bed was great and the air-conditioning/ heating very effective. We had a bath with shower and a separate shower. The pool was great and the relaxation room located on the other side of the spa reception was a lovely space. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and the staff were friendly.

I had a great stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in London. The staff were friendly, attentive, and truly made the experience welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is unbeatable, situated near several major train stations and within easy walking distance to iconic spots like the London Bridge, Borough Market, and scenic riverside strolls along the Thames. The service and cleanliness were top notch, but the room furniture and amenities could use a modern refresh. The decor felt a bit dated, and the bathtub design isn’t the most accessible, with about a 75 cm clearance to step in. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this hotel for its service, convenience, and walkability it’s just shy of perfection due to the aging room features.

Great location and pool.

The room was spacious but with little furniture. An extra chair or settee would be nice. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible and there are no outlets. Location was good and there was a metro stop just a minute away.

Spa facility

The hotel was friendly and in a fantastic location. The food at breakfast was great with a wide range of offer including freshly made omelette bar. Overall I had an ok stay but there were some areas of improvement to be had here. The bathroom was in need of refurbished or replacement of items, a crack in the bath, poorly fitted taps and dated intercom. My do not disturb lights for the door didn’t work either. The room I had was next to the lift on the fifth floor and it was noisy with a bagging as people used the lift. I was so tired I could zone this out but I had specifically asked for a quiet room! Then it sounded like there was an office behind me through an adjoining door. I could hear them talking taking phone calls and sneezing! This made me feel like my room wasn’t private. Stayed two nights and went to another hotel. Sound from passing trains wasn’t that bad but would have been if I was on a lower floor. Pool was overrun with kids going in and out of the steam room then diving into pool with no staff. There was a rude man on the jacuzzi, but not sure if they were a hotel guest or spa member. Hotel probably need staff to monitor this space more. They definitely need to turn the chlorine down in there!!!!

Very strict on not allowing you in the room before 3pm.without a hefty additional payment which seemed a little petty and grabby

Property is in need of maintenance and updates. Lots of broken components/elements. We moved rooms twice before being given one with all of its critical pieces functioning. The shower/bath faucet was broken in the first and constantly on. The air-conditioning was broken in the second and the room did not have operable windows because it faced the train tracks. We were given a swamp cooler overnight. Even with that, the temperature was 26 C. (In small items, the coffee machine in that room was also broken and there were large dark stains on the carpet.) We were able to move to a third room the second day that had functional climate control and plumbing but not before aggressive and sarcastic comments from the manager on duty that morning when we asked if it would be possible to access the new room before the standard 3pm check-in time (like, 1 or 2pm .....we weren't asking for immediate access) and were told we had to wait until 3. Overall, the whole experience has turned me off from staying at this Brand's properties. This location in London is extremely convenient but there are 4 or 5 other hotels on the same block that probably have newer/nicer rooms that are better maintained for similar rates and customer service staff who are actually interested in customer service.

Fantastische Lage.

My family and I spent five nights here during our recent trip to London. Good location close to Tower Hill tube station. All staff were extremely polite and helpful and the breakfast was a great value. The one drawback was the limited hours for families to use the pool including on bank holidays when we were there. Overall, a good stay and would recommend again.

Great structure, large room and comfortable bed. Fast check in and pleasant staff. Close to the subway station and easy access to everything. The view is the most perfect.

My stay was fantastic. The beautiful hotel had a great bed, shower, and amenities. There was easy access to taxis and public transportation, along with a clear view of the tower.

Great area with tons of food choices. Right next to a tube station and just a few minutes walk to the Tower of London and theTower Bridge.

All staff are not the same in regards to friendliness.

This our third stay as a family of four. Staff are always great, breakfast is amazing and such good value for money. Hotel is very clean. It’s really accessible for people and the tube is more or less next door after having a long day walking around London we are always thankful for this!!

From check in until we left it was a chilled, happy and worried free experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Had an amazing view out of our window. Paying for breakfast was totally worth it… lots of variety to choose from. We were celebrating our anniversary, the hotel had a lovely gesture to have some treats, wine and a card congratulating us. The spa was very nice, staff very friendly and installations clean and functional. The bar is nice and the cocktails well made. Nothing bad to say about this hotel at all! Great location (next to the tube)
