Nice hotel and convenient location. The room was fine for one night, the Aircon didn't work too well so opened the windowsnand has the noise of the tube from early in the morning.

From the start it was awful, minimal customer service. We were taken to room. And it was small and you could see directly onto the train track. The noise was horrendous. I booked this for my wife’s birthday and contacted them previously to see if they could pre decorate and they offered a cake with a message, nothing was in room on arrival. I went to reception to raise my concerns and I paid extra for an upgrade. We could still hear the trains. Cost of a coffee 5.50 for a tea cup 😂. They assured they would do the cake the next day as we were staying 2 nights. This was not done. The pillows were awful. Asked for an iron we waited a while but decided to leave it. The second room was lovely but i upgraded to a suite. My wife decided she didn’t want to use the spa we didn’t want to give anymore money than we needed let alone 20pp for breakfast we opted not to have that. We found a pub about 10 min walk away. And spent time in central london. Purely based on the customer service would never recommend this hotel.

Not too family friendly. There’s a fridge filled with beverages but you get charged if you drink anything. Purchasing things to put in the fridge was a waste of money, the beverages remained at room temperature. Unlike chain hotels, I guess they have to look for ways to make money. Breakfast was supposed to be Included in my package but it was not. I was charged $25 for a subpar breakfast. Our last night, some people booked the room on top of ours, running feet were heard through the night. Buses and trains are easily accessible.

A very eclectic hotel but absolutely fabulous. Staff were amazing and although it seems cluttered at first it really isn’t. It was the small touches like the room themes that made it so unique. When you turn on the tv it tells you a bit about the person whom the room is themed. The bed was a little hard but the pillows made up for it. We didn’t have breakfast as we were due somewhere else but will definitely be back

The staff was fine and friendly. The room was the worst smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. It was not a good value, pressing all the buttons to get in and out of the room was also a nightmare. It was the worst night I ever had.

This is a wonderful and quirky hotel - something out of the ordinary Each room themed differently, and there's a lot of history to be discovered if you have time to wander around the hotel Breakfast was excellent - A buffet breakfast that is not just the usual fare Only slight downgrade was the check-in process ... Everyone needed their own ID, and all were taken and painstakingly entered into the system. And then, at 3pm the rooms weren't ready so we had to wait a little, and then be showed to our rooms one room at a time (we weren't allowed to just go find them ourselves)
