Very clean, safe and nice service. But Important to know there is no elevator. You have to carry ur luggage so be prepared. Also I didn’t understand some rooms are shared bathroom and shower with the floor. So read what you book.

Stayed in a double room en suite before early start to St Pancras for Eurostar.
It’s not going to win any design awards but it was absolutely perfect for requirements.
Clean sheets and room, hot water, plenty of plug sockets, comfy bed and friendly staff behind the desk. Best of all was how close it was to St Pancras. Less than a 5 minute walk.
There are steps to the entrance and also to rooms so please be aware of that.
Will definitely stay here again if getting early train.

I was greeted at reception by a really lovely receptionist who went out of his way to help. I was in the cheapest of the rooms they do and it was really good value for money. I would definitely stay here again

Great location with easy access to the tube and inter city rail lines.
Beware, there is no elevator. My room was up 54 stairs on the 3rd floor so don't stay here if that is a problem for you.

This a terrible hotel. There is no elevator, no shower and toilet in the room. Only one shower and one toilet every each floor for 8 rooms. Noise all day and night. This is terrible experience in my lifetime.
