Overall a good stay as always very clean I would like more lighting in the rooms staff to help with bags and more service apart from this friendly staff

The lift didnt work for the week most of the staff would rather be somewhere else. They charge for pre paying cc for every item put o to account.

Excellent location, helpful staff, service and excellent food and breakfast.

It was easy to book and check in and the room fantastic but everywhere is card only so makes having cash only somewhat difficult to operate. Pure negative in my experience.

excellent hotel right in the heart of prices dock - a great place to stay!

The room was like an oven & the pillows like rock. No sleep whatsoever.

The rooms were lovely and had a view of the water. Really convenient to get into Liverpool.

Good hotel facilities let down by poor service and unusually for chain hotel, hygiene, especially in the bar/restaurant. Bar staff failing to clear tables. Using poor practices to taste cocktails and handle ice. We were in the restaurant and one of our friends asked for piece of lime and barman delivered 2 pieces in his hands, he then placed it on the table next to the drink! Why he hadn’t put it in a glass or on a plate was a surprise. Not the sort of thing you expect from a restaurant selling a steak for £50! On another occasion bar man finished a cocktail, licked his fingers as he put a bottle back on the shelf and then he immediately handled some ice into a glass. The bar team looked professional, but the hygiene discipline is very poor. Later in the evening restaurant bar team not willing to make Expresso Martini and more interested in re-stocking than serving remaining customers. I could understand if we were intoxicated, but we we’re two families!

Handy for staying close to new Everton stadium!

We stayed for a Birthday celebration for my daughter and everything was excellent

Room was clean, quiet, and had a nice view. Bed was adequately comfortable. It looked like you could control the temperature, though I didn't bother. I would have preferred a kettle and tea bags in the room rather than the coffee maker - I'd have liked to be given a choice on that. Breakfast was very good, cooked breakfast came very quickly, and the service was great from everyone.

Overall loved my stay at the Malmaison, really lovely. Only slight downside was a slightly wiffy smell from the sink in the bedroom

Really good hotel - great base for exploring Liverpool with comfortable rooms. Only downside- the parking here is offsite and expensive - £60 for 2 days!

The 2 girls on staff were both excellent and so professional yet friendly.

The lack of parking is annoying - you have to pay full price at the neighbouring mutlistorey - we ended up paying £30 odd quid for our overnight stay. Malmaison should at the very least have some kind of deal arranged with them. The room was a bit tired, and needed a revamp - very dark too - made it hard to see when doing your makeup and hair. Undwerwhelming overall. Lovely staff though.
