I won’t stay here ever again and I never like to leave bad reviews but from December till May 26 a holiday at that!! I got absolutely no response from these people to help with my questions or anything for that matter!! I had no idea where to collect my key, I had requested an earlier check in if possible and that I would pay extra if need be. Especially due to me arriving in London at 6:30 in the morning and check in being at 2pm. It was a very hot day and a helpful tenant of the building was kind enough to let us in while I tried to contact the property management. After many attempts I finally got them by hotels.com sending them a message for me. Take in mind they did allow me to enter the property but only after I complained about the terrible communication. I don’t think the rude cleaning lady should be working for them as she ain’t dusted the cobwebs out the bedroom window in months. I went to open it and was like “negative” I won’t be opening that window! The shower ohhhh lord! It’s fell off the metal stick and all fell on me while I was trying to get a shower. It’s mold and gross in the bathroom, I was disgusted. Don’t. Waste ya money!! If I could have got a refund I would have cancelled just off the bad communication. I had nowhere else to go since I was down for a big show within walking distance. The only reason I even stayed! Let the location be the reason you book. It was not even products to clean up the home I had to buy my own! Sorry but just don’t do it!

Terrible stay. Whilst I was allowed to leave my bags in early, and told to arrive at 11, I waited almost an hour for a member of staff to let me into the property. The apartment is in quite a bit of disrepair. Kitchen sink is damaged, oven door is broken off the hinges, and the blinds in the bedroom were broken, with just a towel hung up attempting to cover a ground floor window, but leaving a large gap where you could see into a small courtyard. In the morning, I woke up to painters and decorators outside my window who could blatantly see me lying in bed by myself. As a solo female traveller, this is totally unsafe. I had to leave after one night instead of the planned two, and seek alternative accommodation, as I felt very vulnerable in that room. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen" charge. The place is well located, and if done properly has the potential to be nice. However I would strongly recommend you do not deal with these people.

Arrived after 2pm, no one to check me in. Luckily there was a gardener working at back who helped me contact them on his phone. Without his help I would have been stranded outside for who knows how long. Was told they had tried to contact me on my landline and by e mail earlier, which was no good as I had left home at 8am. Had to wait 30 mins for key to arrive, then told they wanted a £400 security deposit or my booking would be cancelled and payment forfeited. Heating was on when I finally got in flat but did not come on when I returned later nor next morning, plus had to go without a shower as water stayed freezing. At nearly £100 for one night I could have done better in a hostel for less than haf the price. Never again!
