The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was an easy 5 minute walk to Earl's Court Tube Station with the Piccadilly and District lines. Heathrow is on the Piccadilly, so easy. The neighborhood has many good restaurants and coffe shops.

We love our room , it has a single Room and a double room a few steps upstairs and it is cleans and smells nice. The staff let us check in early and we managed to rest before we went out for the night concert. We love the complimentary hot drinks in the reception and in bedroom

The room was fine, had what I needed but the staff on the desk when I arrived and had spoken to on the phone were rude, no customer service. My dad major surgery which is why I was in London and when I spoke about this there was no reaction, empathy or kind response or even kind general customer service, the gentleman on departure smiled and was nice so this did not include him.

Staff were rude and demanded identificationand when provided thay said it wasnt good enough, eventually got it sorted but they ignored or were just very direct with me for the rest of the stay! Room smelt damp and overall an unpleasant experience.I will not be booking thib hotel again.

Overall a nice stay, close to transport, many food options in close proximity and breakfast had a good range of options. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only complaints are the size of the rooms (expected for the area but nothing too horrible) and that the walls were thin. We were able to hear conversations in the next room over and door slamming was an issue. The room serves its purpose which is all I could ask for.

The hotel was recently renovated in the last 10 years and its still shows. I had a single room. Bed, linens and accomodations were comfortable, clean and convienant. The best was the beautiful bathrooms and rain shower. Good pressure and hot water on demand made the trip even better.
