A great stay close to shops and the beach. Easy to check in. great location.

Location was good Check in appalling. No prior explanation of how to use key pad Delayed response from WhatsApp Voice call ineffective Luckily another tenant let us in Caused us to be late for engagements

There are no vineyards and I would like a vineyard to trail along the seafront please. There is a lack of activities along the seafront. And a foot path along the seafront please. Thank you

Advertised a "24 hour reception", there is no reception. It's lockboxes and codes. No check-in instructions were sent. I was calling and knocking for almost an hour before I got through to someone. I'd almost given up and booked another hotel. Shower had a broken door which had been replaced with an I'll fitting curtain. Could hear absolutely everything through the walls.

The building was pretty old , basic rooms though very clean, advertised as B&B but no option to have breakfast good location

I really enjoyed my stay. The price was very good for pride weekend and for what I got. The room was so cosy and comfortable, the location suberb! I was so impressed with most things about the hotel. The only improvements would be the pressure of the shower and perhaps a new carpet as mine had a few stains on it. The check in was a bit awkward too with the digital code box not stated how to use on the check in email - we called and were guided through though. I would stay here again

This stay was a disaster from start to finish and we will never return to this property!.On arrival at 9.30pm there was a fault with the alarm system which meant it sounded intermitently for over 2 hours meaning we could not sleep until after many phone calls later someone from the hotel finally came to silence it with no apologies for the disturbance whatsoever. There was constant noise from the street outside as we were in a ground floor room facing the street and the final straw for us was when the alarm malfunctioned again at 4am waking up ourselves and the other guests which took another 30 minutes to rectify and by which time we had completely given up on any sleep and written this off as a joke of a hotel. The level of service was non existent and we did not feel safe in this property. Could not leave fast enough and were informed during our stay that they knew about the alarm issue which we found absolutely disgraceful!. Cannot stress how poor this experience was

Advertised B and B but no breakfast Very noisy occupants kept awake until 3.45 am Not told about hand needed to open key pad . Once in buzzing noise from main hall area continued all night. Very noisy occupants either above or alongside shouting screaming until 3.45 am

The room was nicely decorated. The bed was really comfortable. No hand rail for the towels, could only fill the kettle by using the glass to fill it up as sink was too small. To boil the kettle you had to plug it in by the bed on the floor. Very noisy outside and you couldn't open the windows or close them.

Our room was located on the top floor. The carpet was stained and had clearly seen better days, but the bed and linen was clean. We were woken overnight as we heard a dripping from the en suite. Thinking it was a tap or shower we went to turn it off only to find that the light fixtures were leaking. We then found it hard to commincate with the owners as there is no check in and nobody on site to help with issues. It was fine for a night to get our heads down, but i cannot reccomend this hotel at all.

The room was clean but the washroom too small plus the shower was not good enough to take shower, no fan was left in the room in hot weather 26°. Will never refer friends unless no option

The booking said with breakfast. There wasn't any breakfast and nowhere immediately nearby to go. When we arrived i had to call their number as I had not recieved an email with instructions. The call diverts to an overseas call centre so could hardly hear the operator. Weirdly the email went to spam their previous one came through fine. The room was clean and comfortable with facilities to make hot drinks so that was all fine. Shower room was clean too.

Damp, dark basement level room. Help desk phone lines quite bad, tried three times. Main door initial opening instruction not clear, main door open code changed without notification - required call to help desk. No working table nor working chair.

Number 19 was a great hotel stay, the management were completely understandable and lovely suited all our needs and would recommend it

Property tho easy to find was hard to enter due to no on site staff and no voear instructions on how to enter property through touch screen keypad. Room was a moderate size but only one cup for two people to share, tv had zero channels to watch and surrounding area of property is unkept, dirty and looks like most buildings on their last legs the whole of Brighton needs work to bring it up to standards

There were no towels in the room and although I spent half an hour on the phone to the given numbers the only reply I got was that the number dialled was for reservations only.. The second number rang out. Could not find any instructions of how to deal with a problem in the building. Also the tv was set on a foreign channel. Once again no room information on how to operate.

Where do I start? Firstly we called up and they said we are able to leave our luggage there anytime after 12. We arrived at 12 and called up as no one answered the door. We were told someone would be with us in about 2/3 mins. We waited 1 hour and no one had come. We left as we didn’t want to waste the day and by that time it had gone 1pm. We came back at about 3:30/4 and called up as nothing had been made clear earlier on, or any time on how to clock-in as staff were there answering the door. Both the numbers we had previously been given were going straight to answerphone. After about 30 mins I got sent an email with a code but still no instructions on how to use the code. After we figured out how to get in, we went up to our room.The room looked nice and the bed was comfortable, we had some hope.Until we found out the toilet door had no lock on, the toilet was broken, the light on the mirror didn’t work, it didn’t flush and finally the shower was kept going very cold when turned up warm. One of the windows didn’t fully shut and one of the wardrobes was screwed shut? We will not be staying again.

I had to call the company to recieve details of entry as they still hadnt sent me codes etc to enter. The room was tiny and i had to rearrange the room to enter the bathroom as a cabinet was blocking the door. The pillows were so hard i woke up with neck ache. A fire alarm error went off at 4am. I had to call up the company again to sort it out which took a while- i had to disable it as landlord/owner wasnt mearby to check out the error code. To top it off its so noisy, had people shouting at 6am. Genuinely one of the worst stays in my life.

It's a nice place for the price, very clean. Tea / coffee facilities were good. The room was a but tired with the lavatory seat completely broken and the bathroom mirror frame falling to bits. I did find one very amusing thing...they had bought a picture frame and just put it up without adding a picture. Very odd! All in all a great proce, very clean and fuctional.
