Park Hotel & Apartments

Check-in was smooth, we stayed in room 58 which had a double bed, tv, on-suite shower & toilet, plenty of plug sockets and tea & coffee making facilities, heating & aircon, room was clean. We had breakfast included which was really good with a selection of cereals, toast, fruit, yogurt, tea/coffee & a full cooked breakfast. The hotel is really central to everything, we parked the car in St Stephen’s car park which is a 1-2 minute walk & costs £4.50 for 24hrs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it, thank you for a great stay.

staff efficient friendly and fast my single room 38 was neat tidy compact and clean yet would benefit from double glazing - an old building well restored yet room drafty at night

Reception staff very friendly and helpful including assisting with paying for hotels car parking £8 for 24hrs. Double bedroom was adequate if a little tired in places ie bathroom, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast which was included in the price i paid had full English, cereals, fruit, yogurts, etc. Serving staff again were friendly too.

Stayed in one of the apartments, very spacious and had everything we needed.

The hotel is in great place, there's a shopping mall 2 minutes walk. There is room for improvement in the hotel not to mention.

Visiting Hull for the weekend as a group of three. The apartment had two bedrooms. Spotlessly clean.

Pros- clean room, linens good, close to train station and shopping, good breakfast, most staff pleasant and helpful, less expensive than other nearby hotels, AC in room, room floors not carpeted Cons- generally depressing condition of hotel overall. Very limited common areas. Tight bathroom.

The actual room was decent (minus the brown stains on the walls and sofa). However when we pulled up to the hotel we thought we were catfished!The outside building and grounds were unkept and rundown. Inside the lobby and hallway the carpets we dank, dingy, and dirty. The room itself looked like it had been remodeled quite a bit compared to the outside.

Great value for money and good location

Check in was very Easy. And the receptionist was very helpful . Easy to find from Hull Railway station.I went though the St Stephen Shopping centre and out the other end down the path and hotel is just across the road. Nice room with nice bathroom. TV and could get the red button on the BBC. Breakfast was free and I was not expecting much but was great Choice of cerials, Fruit juice. You have to fill in a small slip for cooked breakfast one sausage one bacon, mushrooms, black pudding, tomatoes, beans. Breakfast came from the kitchen and was hot horray. Not under infa red lights where it is mostly cold in other hotels. Only one coffee machine. Toast and Crumpets, Crossiants, danish pastry's, muffins. Hotel nice and clean there is no lift. but stairs were quite good. so i would stay here again.

I was in Room 4. It was quite noisy as I could hear people using the bathroom through the night. Apart from that the stay was good

It was ok for one night. Bar was closed due to not many residents, room was abit cold for me, even with the heating up. Breakfast 👍
