We always like returning to Pontlands Park - rooms are lovely and definitely among the largest hotel rooms we stay in.
Access to the Reflections spa ensures that when we stay here, it feels like we could be anywhere in the world. A lovely escape from reality

Stayed here for my honeymoon, food was amazing and varied with friendly staff who couldnt have done more, despite me and my wife being alternative and probably not the hotels usual clientele we were treated with nothing but kindness and respect, my wife suffers from chronic pain and needs ice packs to sooth pain, despite no fridge/freezers in the rooms the staff were able to store her icepacks for her.

Lovely stay. Only comment is for the price disappointed with self serve breakfast. Also no offer of other coffees except the awful flat white that was served. Finally no offer for other eggs than the pre cooked fried and scrambled

The hotel itself was located in a nice quiet country area, was quite old school in style and decor, but could do with a modern upgrade in places.
We were very disappointed, as we booked it purely because of the pool/spa facilities, as a family stay with our son, but we weren’t even able to use it throughout our stay as a family and were told it was ‘adults only’.
We were never informed that it had limited access due to club membership until after we had made a reservation.
More transparency and upfront information is needed - check before booking as we feel like we did not get value for money at all.

Another great stay! Lovely room. Breakfast always wonderful. We also had lunch which was really good.
The place and the staff never disappoint. We didnt catch the name of the lovely waitress who served us brekfast and lunch but she was very efficient and professional.
We visited the spa twice which is always great - must try and book in the summer when we can sit in the gardens.

Staff were friendly. Building was nice, but the room was not that comfortable. No fridge and the safe was broken. The worst thing was that the bed was a 6ft mattress but we only had a 5ft duvet, which didn’t cover two people in the bed. This meant we had a poor night’s sleep.

Very comfy bed , quiet , nice leisure centre with excellent facilities that you can use for free during your stay

Room service food was very nice (sandwiche/fries/salad
Although quite expensive totalling £19
I can't really fault the hotel in any way
Only thing I would say is that I was told I could use the pool until 6pm when I arrived only to be told it was closing at 5 40 which was disappointing. But other than that I have no negatives to mention

We picked the hotel for the use of the facilities which were lovely the staff were all very accommodating, the outside pool was lovely as was the jacuzzi and sauna.
