The location is perfect for a visit to Bristol main sights. THe room was excellent spacious and as a bonus had a great view over the city. The parking spaces are somewhat tight, so good reversing skills help. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

It had a lovely view of the harbour.
Sadly we were a little disappointed that it did not have USB ports. The TV did not work. The room except the bathroom was a little dated compared to downstairs as well.
There was no information in the room to give WIFI and what is around the hotel etc which was a shame.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Not the standard I’d expect from Radisson. Was hoping to use the hotel’s car park but was told on arrival that it was full. Only 20 spaces and pre-booking was required. No info about pre-booking was given at any point before arrival.
The bathroom was pretty gross. I had to clean it myself on check-in. The floor in particular looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month.
Once we’d found a car park, checked in and cleaned the bathroom, the rest of the stay was ok. Comfortable beds, fairly average standard though. Will choose a different hotel next time.

Seems no one cares about dropping litter and lack of street cleaners. Also did not feel very safe later at night, lots of groups of men lingering around in hoodies.

Great location, the best location for us as it’s near to Wapping Wharf for restaurants etc.
room was large, we had a corner room with dual aspect windows looking out onto Harbourside.
The furniture in the room was a bit old and tired but apart from that all fine.

The hotel was lovely, the room was big and comfy. It was a little noisy late at night but it was in a busy area.
Our only issue was that the hotel charged us twice for our stay. We had paid via expedia , when we checked in we were charged again - i thought that i was paying for parking but when i checked i realised that i had been billed for the whole stay. When i explained to the receptionist it was sorted out, but it shouldn't have happened and I was told that I was not the first person that this has happened to.
NB- the car park is tiny and very tight, I do not recommend this to anyone, unless you are very brave.

Amazing staff, friendly, efficient and so helpful.
We have no complaints.

Great location and room was large and comfortable but we were surprised by the lack of amenities for a modern hotel, no usb plug sockets, no plug sockets near the bed at all. Tiny TV. Also the parking discount wasn’t working so had to pay £25 to park and no solution offered by the hotel.
Not quite the standard we have experienced at other Radisson Blu hotels.

The hotel was ok and in a good location but the service was terrible. They were understaffed and uncontactable on the drive up. We had to queue for check-in for an uncomfortable period of time. The room was dated and not what I'd expect of a Radisson Blu. Breakfast was disappointing at most.

Central location, easy and quick check in. Room was not nice! Carpets stained, bathroom door damaged and rotting, furniture in the room reminded me of university student accommodation. For the price, I expected a better quality.
However, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were crisp and clean.
