Location is great - between Hyde Park and Oxford Circus, so great for walking and shopping. Room was fine - not great, not bad, except one huge pet peeve - there were no outlets anywhere near the bed - not acceptable nowadays in my opinion. Water pressure was also fairly lacking, but manageable.

The rate for this hotel was lower than several other brand names in the area, so my expectations were fairly low. I booked a standard double room and it was pretty disappointing - the only places to sit were the bed and the toilet. I had to do a work zoom call and ended up using my suitcase as a desk while I sat on the bed. The shower was quite small and I nearly touched the sides of the shower door to turn around. The property advertises that they have a gym - which is a very generous description. There is a bike, a treadmill and an elliptical packed into a room only slightly larger than my bedroom. There is a rack of dumbbells with weights from 5 to 50 pounds, but there isn't even a bench to sit on. Nor is there room on the floor to even do a set of sit-ups. It was quite simply one of the worst hotel gyms I have encountered in all of my business travel. I will not be a repeat guest even if the rate is low.

Nice hotel, clean and room was ready early which was a nice surprise. However breakfast was a nightmare we had to ask for glasses, milk orange juice bread nothing was filled up. I felt sorry for the poor lad waiting in the restaurant he was on his own most of the time and rushing around trying to help everyone. Also the lift wasn’t working twice when we went to use it.

Great, central location. Lovely, clean, fresh smelling lobby area. Clean room with good amenities inside. My only complaint, which is a significant one, is the room was far far too hot even with the bathroom window open amd the ac on. The bed was super comfy but was like sleeping in an oven.

Unfortunately the hotel is quite dated. The lobby and the main building itself was lovely however the room wasn't to my expectation for a 4 star hotel in London. The positives: 1. The bathroom was nice and modern. 2. The room amenities were great (complimentary water, coffee machine, mini fridge etc.) 3. Each room had a switch for a light outside the room indicating whether to clean the room or not disturb. The negatives: 1. The shower's temperature gage wasn't sensitive enough, it felt like you had only two options (too hot or too cold). 2. Stains on the carpet (felt uneasy to walk around without any shoes). 3. The air conditioner which cooled and heated the room was old and very noisy. It kept waking us up in the night with clanking and other noises. 4. The curtain wasn't a great for keeping the light out in the morning. 5. The window wasn't great at keeping the London traffic noise out. Unfortunately we expected more from a Radison Blu. 1. There were stains on the carpets.
