A good room for the price and its location. Clean and looked after. The property has a dorm room feel to it. Only issue was the parking, all allocated spots were taken up and its not clear if you're able to use neighbouring areas. Would have liked extra pillows as there was only one each. The hosts request photo ID via an email not thru Hotels.com contrary to Hotels.com saying every communication goes thru them. Please check with Hotels.com beforehand.

The bathroom floor tile had a decent crack that needs repairing and the shower tray kept filling up due to unblocked waste pipe. Other than that all good and will likely stay there again

The place itself was fine - clean, spacious, good location. Contact leading up was good. The advertised image is misleading - this is not what the hotel looks like. We drove past twice looking for it.

Property was perfectly located near the cricket ground for the match we were attending. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.plenty of food choices around.

Initial communication could have been better. Named contact failed to respond to queries. Room was basic but enough for an overnight stay.

Great location for sporting events & access to West Bridge. There was plenty of parking & the room was immaculately clean- a little warm, so very grateful for the room fan. Only downside for me is the inevitable traffic noise, which is audible with the windows shut but is not loud enough to disturb sleep.

The property itself is ok, but it’s in a very busy and noisy location opposite a 24/7 McDonalds. Note the kitchen facilities are communal, I had thought there was a kitchenette facility in the suite I had booked. It’s ok, but we payed a very high price for two nights which wasn’t great value as our expectation was for more of a self catering suite being in Nottingham for a competitive sporting event.

Clean rooms value for money. The only thing I would say if you struggle with the stairs or are elderly asked for a ground floor room. I would also say is they need to fit a handrail from the entrance so older people can get down the two steps.

Perfect fpr my requirements. Nice clean, good kitchen facilities. It s on the main road so you can hear traffic.

Email sent day before which was stressful Car park full and at 9pm difficult to look for alternative car park space at that time.in the rain! Very noisy when window opened but room so hot that window had to be opened. You can hear other occupants. Bedding felt plastic and we did seat in it Nevwr again
