i really enjoyed my stay here the owners where really nice and helpful with advice on what’s going on in blackpool they where welcoming and treat us like family i would definitely go back there again.

Andy &berine was fantastic hosts nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was really good and location was great. Breakfast was 10 out of 10 plenty of choice. It was that good we have booked to go back in 3 weeks time .

The owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Always on hand to help. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast, food, snack and drinks available were great. Would absolutely go again and recommend.

Andy and Bernie are the perfect hosts who have so much knowledge about the local area. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable and Bernie’s breakfast is a perfect way to start the day. We will definitely be back

The hotel was clean and tidy, the room had everything we needed. The hosts were very welcoming to us and helpful with what we needed. We couldn’t ask for a more friendly service.

Warm & friendly welcome/hosts. Clean & comfortable room & a delicious breakfast. Easy walking distance to all piers & arcades.

The couple that run the hotel where lovely and made you feel at home. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Drinks where reasonably priced. Definitely would stay again.

Was welcomed by Andy and Bernie. Both are very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Room was clean and comfortable. A great location close to everything you need. Will be returning and highly recommended. The kids didn’t want to leave.

What a lovely stay we had the hotel was amazing what a lovely couple run the bnb food was just delicious friendly atmosphere room was spotless and bed was so soft had best nights sleep either couple who run was so friendly and chatty will deffo be rebooking again lots to do and was worth the visit

First time staying at the Rock Dene and it certainly will not be our last. What an amazing couple who run it. It was like a home from home. We would rate it 10 stars if we could. We have found our little home when we are away now. Thank you andrew and berni for an amazing time. We will see you soon xx

We stayed for 1 night, 2 adults & 3 children. Andy & Bernadette were lovely hosts from start to finish. The hotel was beautifully clean and was well stocked with teas coffees & soaps etc. The breakfast was exceptional....with a huge variety to choice from. After a long day at the pleasure beach Andy was happy to serve us at the very well stocked bar with a variety of gin :) until we were finished. I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitley be returning!
