Last minute booking to visit our sick father and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Good location, comfortable beds and warm. Could not have asked for more.

My room was really dirty,as well holes,cracks in the wall. A shower with some dirt,as well the toilet wasn't really clean. But also stains and crumps on the carpet. The room was smelly. The WiFi connection wasn't stable,it always cut it off. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly Staff room clean Very small room very small Small double bed ,no proper heating just an oil field radiator supposed to be underfloor heating that never worked shower only Luke warm those small bed very comfortable but the room was very cold and no proper car parking only at the front but it's a limited time No breakfast but facilities if you wanted to cook

A good option for visiting Taunton. Good location as it's walkable from the train station. Front desk staff very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean & included a mini refrigerator which was appreciated. Beds comfortable.
A minor issue--towel racks & hooks are definitely needed as wet towels need a place to dry.

I arrived late (after midnight) and was met by a super nice manager who got me sorted. The room was clean and spacious. It was on the front side of the hotel so traffic noise was inevitable in the morning.

Always a great stay at the Ashton. The staff are great and the hotel is in a perfect spot a short way to the train station. Very accommodating in holding bags before check in. LOVE this place!
