Great location, lovely rooms. Not sure about the university style communal hot water for drinks- better to have in the room really. Also communal ironing areas are a bit rubbish in practice. Funky hotel though and nice staff.

The hotel is great, the rooms have everything you could possibly need, the rooms are spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and great shower. The price I paid for 3 rooms for me and 2 work colleagues was very reasonable, I will definitely stay here again.

Small but stylish rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. No in-room fridge or coffee maker and vending machines were poorly stocked and overpriced, but just bring your own drinks/snacks and you'll be fine.

Unhelpful staff that were clearly prejudiced and didn’t want me in their hotel. Kept changing their policy to suit their ever changing biases. Didn’t clean my room once during the entire 3 days stay and it is safe to say I will not be staying there again.

I booked this hotel last minute after leaving a poorly kept hotel and what a turnaround! This hotel is everything you need, want and more. Clean, fresh, it’s like a fun hostel only classy and clean. They have thought of everything, super eco friendly and gorgeous rooms and common areas. Breakfast was delicious and staff as SO friendly and helpful. Would rate higher if I could!

Comfortable beds, good layout and great shower. cozy rooms are big enough for 2. Tea and coffee available at end of the corridors. Well insulated rooms, didnt hear any noise even located at the front of the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very friendly hotel near Holland Park. We had what was described as a lovely room. It was of a good size, very light filled and, despite being at the front facing a busy road, very quiet. Our one gripe? No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Sure, there was a coffee/tea station fairly close to our room but that presented difficulties with our early morning cuppa. Either I had to venture out in a state of dress that only my wife should suffer or I had to get dressed. Breakfast was superb. Yes, we would stay again but we would bring a kettle.

Perfect room on sixth floor for a couple with mobility ( not wheelchair) issues. Room spotlessly clean. Great bathroom with safety features. Comfortable bed. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Great base for whatever you're doing in Notting Hill/Kensington. The rooms on the back of the property have a view of a parking lot and not much else, but they are crypt-quiet, so I can't really complain.

Nice hotel. Great location. Rooms a bit quirky when you see the way the shower/ basin is configured. One suggestion is that they put a small fridge in the room which would help when temps are in 30s but AC was excellent
