We really enjoyed our stay. Our suite was really nice, spacious and modern. It had everything for comfortable stay. Things we especially liked were: well equipped kitchen, larger TV, comfy sofas. Room was clean and staff was helpful. We had room on the ground floor, but still we could see the sea while sitting at the table. WiFi wasn't working on the day of our arrival, but this was resolved on the next day with alternative mobile WiFi. Also, you could hear doors closing etc other sounds quite loud in the bedroom, so that's something to have in mind if you are someone who can be easily awakened.

A lovely building to stay with parking; albeit a busy spot. The room was well presented with a sea view. Very comfy bed and almost everything we needed to relax , we just felt the bed side tables are too small and could add a coffee table to use next to the sofa and wall lights to gain space on bed tables. The room furnishings are really lovely overall but the decor is quite DIY letting the overall finesse of a boutique style down ;such as rough painting and flooring. Our room was not as per the photograph /without bay fronted room at the top floor, but having a seperate kitchen was nice and well equipt. The plumbing is loud likely due to the buildings age , our bathroom had a make shift pump ,flush is a bit slow! The room has a boiler so can control which is good but wanted to ensure this room has a carbon monoxide alarm... The location is loud for seagulls (cars covered in poo) and the funfair on weekends/ high season so has not been a perfect location but we slept well and this is a unique offering for the area and price ok , we came for a Flamborough not Bridlington and only for a one off really!

Had a great couple of days here, very spacious and clean room, tea & coffee making facilities, biscuit and crisps a welcome touch. Had every thing we needed in the room apart from a working tele. The internet was terrible, couldn’t get the tele working properly, the manager was very good with communication on the routers but to no avail. The tv was great when working but no normal channels. Got a bit sick of the spinning circle trying to find a signal! Parking was a bit of a problem too as no space available when we arrived. All the windows were taped up so couldn’t open them other than the one that wouldn’t shut. This property is in a prime position, I would have given it 10/10 if it isn’t for the WiFi, tele and parking space. The bed was comfy, there was a fridge, microwave and all the utensils we needed.
