Savoy Hotel

Knowing 4 were in the room more Cups and glasses, No heating, No water ,Windows were broken and cracked

I had a room at the back over looking fire ext and there were people smoking there which came in my room i only had one plug socket and the tv was hard to understand the room was clean but very noisy from people up stairs i did not sleep very well but it was ok for one nght only

Manager very good tried find another room and hotel Even sat with us.room smell of extreme air freshener to Hide drug smell and sick Shower very good Shame

Staff was friendly and helpful room was ok better than the reviews left from others could do with a little more tlc but was ok

Omg please help, the minute i walked in terrible smell of mold and very cold . Then time checking i was hmmm uncomfortable very rude guy or owner behind what i think it was counter , i book booked a double with on en suite, he replied we don't have only a double with shared bathroom mmm mmm no no sorry i replied. I stood my ground and was give a room . Okay no lift two flights of stairs then the room. Omg smell hit you when walking in damp and cold not heating on, lighting one very bright main light one small over head ligh not working big crack in glass. Omg shower black mold around rim , toilet was clean. Ventilation one handle broken very windy out and cold so tucked up the curtain and the cill and it was full of water. No fir the best part. Was in Weston-super-Mare to meet up with old work mates, the for one mate call me to say im not allowed to the room hmmmm what never hear this in my intier lift, then two over mates call me as just come up . The so call guy or owner i think he is siad no one is allowed to the room. Down i goes said come up to my mate come up, omg shouted at me really aggressive stop this . So okay said to my mate totally embarrassed i be back i two minute's and i was with my bag not even opened back down stairs said to the guy i need refund i pushed his buttons as i know you have to contact Hotels.com . So basically guys i would take my advice on what the exterior looks like it not , interior omg wards 4 its a sh-t hole .

Cheap but not very cheerful, shabby rooms and furnishings. Not really suitable for tourists

Not enough parking spaces, good wifi but room in need of urgent repairs and maintenance Friendly staff

Parking was easy and good internet access

Spacious room comfortable beds

Parking rubbish .no freindly staff at all bedding was dirty .on arrival carpet in room was very wet .

The hotel is well passed its sell by date, full of damp

Very happy with my first two nights that a booked another! Thank you for a stay and I’ll be back to see you!

On our next visit upcoming, we cannot wait to see upgrades at this hotel

Great location. Clean rooms but need updating and a refresh. Easy check in and and friendly staff. Would definitely return!

The room was rotten dirty, kids refused to use the shower as it had mould in the corners of the tray. Bathroom had a clear window that you could be seen on the toilet by people in building next door. Beds were very very uncomfortable and felt like they wee about 30 years old!! No tv at all!! Not enough room to swing a cat! We were put on the top floor without a balcony when the pictures of the room I booked showed that it had the balcony! One positive thing were the towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the view was amazing. This should most definitely NOT be advertised as a hotel and not even a B&B as there’s no food or drinks available at all. I am extremely shocked and disappointed that you actually advertise this place on your website!

This is the worst place I have ever been to. Dirty, neglegent staff, the place is filled with mould that it smells like dead feet. I wouldnt wish that on my worst enemy!!

No house keeping what so ever , en-suite 😂 the shower was next to the bed - who needs privacy anyways The room was falling apart
