Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. Great value for money. Easy transport into town by bus (no 14) or tube. Bed and sofa bed very comfy. Quite as set back from road. Security staff went over and above what I would expect (who are there for ground security for the club). 5 stars.

We felt very safe here with the 24 hour security guards. It is a very busy area being it is attached to the Chelsea stadium, but it was great. Staff was very nice and attentive, lots of shops and restaurants within reasonable walking distances, the tube is a very close walk to access, the weather was great so there were lots of people enjoying themselves... the entire experience was just a great one and we would stay here again when we return, because we will be coming back!

I asked for an upgrade as it was a treat for my son. They gave us a club room. This is very basic so not sure what we would have had. The bed is very comfortable and room clean but they could do with new towels. They looked old.

Very poor. Air Con was not working when we arrived, it took 3 phone calls and a visit to reception to ask someone to fix it, finally they asked us to move rooms… to a room with no hot water

Bed was comfortable, good wifi, it dodnt smell, cars could pull up for drop off but onsite security with a gate. Will say ac dripped woke up to it in am and wet spot on carpet so turned ac back off and let it dry.

The rooms were small and a bit dingy, with bathrooms that weren’t well cleaned or maintained. The dark, bulky furniture felt oversized for the space and had visible stains. Our initial room lacked a refrigerator and had small beds, but upgrading to a king-size solved that. There were no bathroom outlets (a UK norm), and while the bathroom’s heated floors were a nice touch, the rest of the room felt dated and worn.

I have stayed at the Hotel many times, the only thing I was disappointed with was Housekeeping as they didn’t bother to replenish the tea and coffee on any of the days even after I had mentioned it. It is still a pretty good Hotel but not as good as it used to be.

The hotel was ok for one night. I think the rooms need an upgrade. New bath and the pillows are not comfortable. There were quite alot of marks on paint work. The air conditioning wasnt good so we opened the window but then to be woken up early in the morning by the security guards talking loudly. Also the cleaner knocked at our door just after 9am and woke my daughter up. Not sure why as we were only there one night!

We booked a nights stay to go and explore London and it was definitely a great location with the tube being only a 5 minute walk away.
The air con in the room was a bonus, and the beds were lovely and comfy. Great that they provided tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits for us.
The only negatives were the furniture could have done with a clean, ie the fabric chair was noticeably stained . On the pull out sofa bed for my son was 2 metal bits that stuck out, just the design of the bed, and unfortunately we didn’t notice until our son caught his back on it. I reported to reception and they were very helpful and said they would get it checked.

Stayed here with our family in 4 separate rooms it was my daughter’s civil wedding. We asked the staff to do a gesture for their return to their hotel room and they denied the request. The bathrooms all had badly stained toilets and generally the rooms are very dated. Very noisey from the match and in the morning

I booked a stay for 2 adults and 1 child but booking seemed to only state 2 adults, member of staff at reception could see there were 3 of us but didn’t mention room was only set up for 2, told us breakfast was also included but it wasn’t so we were expected to pay £16.95 per head the following morning so we declined. When entering the room, it was not set up for 3 people so I called reception and explained and they said they would set this up for us but when we returned to the room after the game, nothing had been done.
