Excellent suite hotel apartments in great location with all shops local 5 min walk to Bullring. Very clean room, with all essentials needed. Nice decoration, comfy king size bed. Breakfast available, definitely will return again. A*✅💯💫

The room was fine. Breakfast was poor—bad selection, very sour coffee. The A/C couldn't be turned off. The receptionist asked for confirmation of payment even though we had already paid Expedia, which was strange.

Staff were friendly, the complimentary breakfast was good. The suite was ok, bed was comfy but because of the arrangement of the room the tv appears far away when trying to watch from your bed. Soft furnishings including armchair and padded headboard are badly worn. Nothing bad just looking a bit tired.

Reception staff excellent

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable reception staff. Great rooms - comfy bed, quiet, clean. Only downside was breakfast - which was due to be till 10am, but the kitchen staff didn't restock items and started clearing everything away at 9:30am. They then had to repeatedly deal with (and lie to) annoyed guests who had been told by reception that it ended at 10am. Not a good service.

Everything was amazing! Big clean room, breakfast was amazing and the staff were really great. Huge thanks to the nightstaff/early morning staff member who helped me and followed up with me later on to check if i was okay. Will definitely stay here again.

From start to finish couldn't fault it. Location perfect Room everything and more you could want, nice size Staff brilliant Cleaner spot on Kitchen well equipped Lovely touch mon, tue, Wednesday 6.30pm till 7.30pm in reception free drinks and snacks.. Fab choice of drinks from beer, wine so soft drinks. Cheese, meats , craacjers and much more on offer. Breakfast amazing choice so much choice, brilliant quality, all hot , perfect service. A truly brilliant little find , Staff attentive, will definitely be back Highly recommend

Fantastic stay - really lovely staff who were all really friendly and helpful.

staff lovely , not sure if we got down to breakfast to late but missing essential items on the buffet , no hash browns,tomatoes, mushroom and only scrambled egg, no hot water in bathroom on tap , great amenities in room tho nice lay out great extra seating , loads of lighting in room but not bright enough for how big the wardrobe is
