Host Mr.Mark is an excellent host. You can find all necessary things for a family to stay, enjoy, cook own meals, wash clothes and drying etc. A perfect apartment for all needs. Supermarkets, multi cuisine restaurants incl Indian, tourist attractions are all within a walking distance of 10 to 15 mts max. Our best stay..

This is a small studio apartment in a courtyard behind a guest house. The apartment is extremely clean and well maintained and comfortable. The location is about 2 blocks from the heart of old town Stratford and all the attractions, restaurants and shops. Parking was about a block away in the large public car park which was about £6.

Let’s start with the positives, the apartment itself is perfectly fine. It’s spotlessly clean and well appointed. The problem is it’s down a dark alleyway behind a dodgy hotel. And you have to try and navigate near impossible communication with an inflexible and not very welcoming owner. Overall it’s not worth the trouble to stay here

This studio was spotlessly clean and really well appointed. The location is fantastic, just a 10 walk to the centre of town. It was quiet and comfortable. If I had to be picky I would say the pillows were a bit hard. Check in was really straight forward. You can also get a permit for the car park which is just across the road and this was £6 for 24 hours. I really recommend a stay here, well worth the money.

Excellent location with a very short walk to all the major landmarks of Stratford upon Avon. Lovely welcome. Immaculately clean studio with all the facilities you need for a short stay. I hate judging comfort of bed because everybody is different but for us it wasn't ideal. Still slept ok in a very quiet area.

I stayed in room 8 which is an outside studio. The unit is VERY basic. It is located down a dark alley/passageway which is not locked from the street side, so if you are a solo female traveler, you may want to reconsider since there is a ‘hiding place’ at the end of the tunnel/alley. I did not feel safe in this after dark since the second gate at the far end to the street (which does have a lock) is quite fiddly and requires two hands. The unit has a washer/dryer but no detergent was provided. There is a LOT of furniture in the room, and the kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, sets of 4 glasses which haven’t been replaced resulting in sets of 3 wineglasses, etc., but there is no salt, pepper, paper towel, or oil. These are basic supplies that I’ve found in every other accommodation with a kitchen that I’ve rented short term over the past ten years. The bed has a VERY firm mattress and the pillows are incredibly hard. It’s not a comfortable night’s sleep! The bathroom shower takes a long time to drain and will alternately scald and freeze. The bathroom itself lacks a couple of face cloths but is clean. It’s a good location for the train station and for the town center (12mins to RSC by foot), but honestly, for this price you’d be better off paying $20 extra and staying at an actual hotel in the town center, or even the Hilton opposite. I cut short my stay here because as a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe and my back ached all day after sleeping in that bed.

The studio room had all the facilities I needed for my stay, the bed was slightly smaller than expected with mattress and pillows very firm.

Great little studio, very cosy and warm, extra heater if needed, great attention to detail, bathmat, proper hangers, nice towels. Kitchen well equipped for light cooking, extra pillows and very nice cushions, super comfy bed. Very accommodating hosts. We had an amazing stay!!

What a Fantastic place to stay. Quiet, clean , everything you need, home from home. Would definitely recommend. Host welcoming and polite. Area, Ideal all shops and amenities not far. Statford uopn Avon is a place to visit. Not short of things to see and visit. Historic We had a lovely few days.

Property is excellently located to walk to all Stratford attractions including restaurants of every type. It was very ckean and excellently maintained.

Excellent cleanliness and quiet Location spot on for access to the centre which was short walk. Tricky to find initally although detailed instructions…. Parking paid for and opposite so when solos harder navigating all …. Doable but just added headache. Quiet overall . All you need in the apartment fridge was on highest level just be aware as froze all my things as not checked . Bed was clean comfortable - could do with another couple of pillows so four in total. Stratford Upon Haven itself lovely and interesting… Indian restaurant takeaway tried it was good . The Avon good ….

This apartment has a fantastic location. Just a few minutes walk from the centre of Stratford. Everything was great about this place, the welcome, the cleanliness and the location. The only thing I would say is that we would’ve preferred a bigger bed. The bed is a double but it was super comfy.

An excellent location for visiting the Shakespearean attractions in Stratford. Easily walkable to shopping, restaurants, theater and the river. The room and bathroom were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The courtyard was filed with beautiful flowers and shrubs. We will definitely choose to stay here again.
