This was a new way for me to stay for a week in London. Normally a travelodge or similar. I found the room clean and tidy, small kitchen adequate for cooking or breakfasts. It is in a really good spot with Various types resturants short walk away. For the money excellent, on bus and tube routes into central london a 10 minute journey. Use buses you see more. We make a trip around 3 times a year to london. As it gets more expensive this apartment is really good value. Will use it again next time and the staff will help with anything. Remember it is not a luxury hotel, but for what you get fantastic. Just around the corner from Sherlocks cafe they use in the tv show, food is great.

For just a place to sleep it was ok. However we were in a room in the basement and next to the communal kitchen. There was a bit of noise in the morning and the room didn’t feel very private.

Shower temperature not adjustable & I wasn’t there long enough to do anything about it. ‘Double bed’ was two extremely small single beds pushed together meaning there was a ridge in the middle leading to an uncomfortable nights sleep.

The shower wasn’t working properly and only had boiling water. When I spoke to the gentleman on reception when we checked out we were told it just needed adjusting which we had already tried. The photos of this property are very misleading to the size of the rooms and the hallway is in need of refreshing as the carpets on our floor had bleach stains on them.

The rooms are quite small, but this is in london. It took a long time to get warm water to shower. Had to run kitchen and bathroom sink along with shower for a few minutes before water got warm enough to shower.

This was an okay place to stay for short term. The bed was saggy, the water temperature in the shower fluctuated from hot to cold and back again for the duration of the shower, and you can hear all the foot and vehicle traffic outside. Very loud.

If you arrive at North Gower after 1830hrs, you’ll need to travel another mile to get your keys and come back. No warning. Just a sign when you finally get into the building. TV faulty, flashing. Iron in the ironing room falling apart. Absolutely not recommended.

The room was clean, tidy and organised quite well. The kitchenette had what you would need for a simple meal and the bathroom was clean. All this being said the room is very small just enough room to walk around the bed similarly with the kitchenette, 2 people could not be in it at the same time. The bathroom is very tiny. It is a functional set up not a luxurious one that does what it needs to.

I stayed for one night as a solo work traveller. The area is fine to walk around, with pubs and some restaurants. Very close to Euston. The room I stayed in was very small, but that's to be expected as the cost was low and I chose a smaller room. Very clean and good condition, had everything needed. If arriving after 6.30pm, be aware that you have to collect the key from another hotel 10-12 minutes walk away. This may not suit everyone and is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

The kitchen had enough equipment provided for convenience. Good laundry facilities although we didn't need to use it. The room was clean albeit small as was the bathroom but the room was functional. The two biggest downfalls was there was no elevator. A real issue for anyone struggling with luggage on narrow stair cases particularly if allocated to the 4th or 5th floor. As for the staff, we arrived after 6.30pm and had no head's up at all that the place was unstaffed. The only help we got was from another guest who let us in, where we managed to find where we had to go to get the key for our room in the hotel we'd paid to stay in. This was a 15 minute walk away. Telephoning them didn't work either. One of us went to this other place while the other one stayed with our luggage. He found someone who had least spoke English. When we finally checked out, the person on the desk spoke less than adequate English and was far from welcoming to guests. This place was expensive for what it is and is more suited to back packers. There was constant noise from the underground tubes rattling away especially in the early morning. Would we stay there again? Definitely not.

The main problem was that the accommodation was right above the underground line and you heard every train that went by up until about 1am and then they started again around 5am. No mention beforehand and subsequently very little sleep. Wouldn't use it again. Nothing wrong with room albeit very small and compact.
