Pretty active area near the hotel

Had an air conditioner but never got a comfortable temp. We had to switch between being hot and venting the window because the area was so loud at night it would wake us up.

Very well situated, easy parking available. The staff went over and beyond expectations.

Nice decor. Excellent location for central Bristol. A little noisy at night so take ear plugs.

Lovely staff, nice stay! Super comfy bed and was given complimentary upgrade.

I liked the dining options, however, the housekeeping didn’t change my sheets throughout my 4 day stay. They only laid the bed with the same makeup-stained sheets I already had. Also, I noticed a food stain like a tomato sauce on the chair in my room upon arrival. Please pay more attention to deep cleaning.

Location at first would seem ideal until you actually need to get to sleep and the bars nearby don’t stop pumping out loud music until 3am on a mid week night. Handy free parking.

Everything good. Staff very nice, friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely with a great view. Location of the hotel was great being only a short walk to the harbour side and all bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Excellent location, beautiful room and friendly staff

Excellent quality of service and quality of decor, furniture etc in the room. Exceptionally clean. Also benefits from secure parking (at a subsidised cost). The only downsides are due to the physical capacity and location of the property. Our room was on the small side, and there was a lot of outside noise at night and early in the morning (city centre)

Great location (right on water, centre of town, opposite harbourside), good breakfast/dinner/bar on-site. Building & common parts slightly tired - but more than made up for by overall package. Probably my favourite hotel in Bristol having stayed in most!

They put me in the room below the gym and didnt tell me, used this place to get some much needed rest but nope, woken up by people slamming weights really early and thunping of the treadmill, walls are like paper, very disappointed worst stay in my life

There wasn't anything we didn't like. It's a beautuful hotel, the food was excellent and staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the upgrade when my TV wasn't working, thanks for taking care of me and making sure I had everything I needed for a restful stay.

The major issue was we booked a Deluxe Room, Queen Bed primarily because it was an air-conditioned room – this was a deciding factor in booking the hotel as opposed to alternatives in the area. When checking in we were informed we had been upgraded to a King Bed room and dropped off our bag before heading out for the evening. On returning to our room however we discovered that it had a fan, but no air-conditioning – by this point it was quite late in the evening already so we made do, but we were very disappointed that having spent over £200 for an air-conditioned room we didn’t have this. Additionally, we noted the following other issues in the room: - Backlight on TV broken on lower half of the display giving a very dark image - Bathroom door lock broken - Cramped bathroom layout – the shower particularly was hard to get in and out of. I’ve seen better bathrooms in rooms costing less than £50 a night. We raised these issues on checking out and were given the managers email address. Thus far over a week later we have received no reply.
