My room and ensuite were pristine! Modern and comfortable furnishings. Most kind and helpful owner and his wife. Thank you.

Room was dirty and cold upon arrival.

Staff are super. It's an old Inn, and it is old. Felt nice and cosy, the room was very basic but the bed was comfy. Super service, early breakfast was easy to arrange and plentiful.

Good accommodation with easy parking.good breakfast and reasonable price.

Room at back of Inn going outside via a poorly lit route and metal steps.... which the following day were covered in slush

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable enough but no proper chair to sit at the desk, walls paper thin so no proper sleep due to a noisy neighbour and a loud fan right outside the door which was quite invasive. Kettle full of limescale and no pat test label on anything since 2021. Good wifi.

Just a 1 night stay. Friendly people and good service. Nice room on the ground floor as I asked. Stairs are narrow so not good for persons with mobility problems. Breakfast was cooked on the spot and very tasty.

Very poor facilities in small room. Left after one night although booked for 2. Would never consider staying there again. Expensive for poor accommodation. Lino flooring, tv was US, No lights near the bed to read with, No shaver point. Ideal for poor students, but not OAP`s. Breakfast menu had cheaper prices in copy in the room than in the Public bar which were over the top. Pot of tea @ £3.30 each etc etc. Very disappointed.

It's OK for needing a bed for the night.

Lovely staff and great comfortable room and facilities

A great stay for a night, was exactly what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was disturbed by people moving about in the room above me just as I was about to go to sleep. The host was very friendly. I struggled to turn the cold water on in the shower so I had a very uncomfortable, hot shower. However my nephew, when he came to collect me shortly afterwards, had no problem turning the cold water on in the shower. So I’m not sure what the problem was!
