This was an overnight stay on the way to Cornwall. Very pleasantly surprised as the pub is in a beautiful area with lovely walks along a canal. The pub is very friendly and spacious with outside seating. Breakfast was huge with plenty of choice.

Breakfast was lovely. Proximity to motorway and parking were good. The room was clean.
Dinner could have been better as mine was really overcooked (fajitas). My husbands fish and chips were good. The pub was very welcoming.

We were visiting friends and the location was perfect. There was plenty of free parking available, check in was smooth and our room was comfortable and clean. The owners are currently updating all areas of the property and the areas that haven’t been done yet look tired. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options and we enjoyed a lovely walk along the canal after breakfast. During our stay all staff members were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
