Loved how beautiful and tranquil the grounds were. Food was great. Staff friendly. I booked a single and got a twin room. As a whole loved it here and would definitely book to stay again.

My room was lovely and clean and the cleaning lady folded up my towels and things and made it nice the next morning after I had rushed out leaving them on the chair which she really didn’t have to do! So thank you. Spokes cafe also allowed Luna my dog in to be with me for breakfast and lunch the next day. We had a few lovely walks round the water and enjoyed the pretty area of the university. Reception lady was lovely as well. A good stay!

Staffs are very friendly. Clean bathroom, also the bed is very comfortable. Would be even better if the cups and mugs are clean, because there are coffee stains left in mugs.

Booked 2 rooms and didn't allow me to choose 1 room as double bed and 1 as 2 single beds, chose 2 single beds and put my request there for the room requirements. Bases on my few hotels.com, very seldom did the reply. At the time of check-in, only arranged 2 single beds room, suggested they didn't receive the request and all double bed room is bed (pretty instant and I doubt he did want to cater my request). No choice and then head to the room. Interior settings like living in hospital, I doubt the hotel is transformed from hospital? I'm given a disabled room, alright, fine, but didn't feel like a hotel but at a hospital. Shower area without any fences and drainage is slow, water pour over the whole toilet and no way to dry your feet without existing the bathroom. It's terrible and won't back again

Comfortable room and nice food in the restaurant. Bar area is pleasant. Was there for a business meeting and the hotel was a convenient location. Parking was a bit tight.
