Pleasant reception. Nice clean room and easily controlled room temperature. Also nice restaurant attached. Only downside is as VIP members should have been offered a free drink but this did not happen. However everyone staying at hotel got 20%! off the food bill.

The size of the room wasnt as expected. The hotel was under renovation which was not a pleasant ambience. Room service was provided even when we asked not to enter the room. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Five stars and plus! Excellent service.

The hotel and the rooms themselves were freshly renovated. The bed was comfortable, room had good working air conditioning, and the bathroom was spacious, clean, and the water hot. The restaurant was newly renovated during our stay and the meal was fairly priced, extremely delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. There was also a newly attached bar with a large drink selection, friendly service, and fair prices. Any need we had was taken care of with a smile and promptly. Room service was daily with good service and there was a breakfast/lunch/dinner room service menu available to order if you wanted to relax. Really a gem hotel outside of London. The train station to London was about a mile and a half away so it was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to friends we were visiting. The majority of the area is somewhat run down, but there are a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood and we felt fairly safe walking back and forth to our friends house. The hotel was clean, beds were comfy and the shower was good... but they were undergoing some renovations while we were there. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. We only ate at the restaurant once as their hours weren't convenient for us...but the one breakfast we did have was delicious. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Work was going on in the restaurant/bar, at 9-20 I went down to ask them to stop, they said give us ten minutes and we’ll stop, It went on until 1.00 in the morning! ! !. That was a SUNDAY NIGHT for god’s sake

Fantastic hotel. Good food and drink. Modern rooms. Parking was an added bonus. Only fault was that it said the bar was 24 hours but it shut at 11pm.

Reception and check in - bland Supposed to be free daily beverage - had to ask every day. They always turn air con or heating controls off when you go out, then you go to reception to ask for room controls to be turned on again.
