Very convenient for St Pancras with an excellent Italian restaurant attached. This was my 2nd stay & it was marred by the poor cleanliness of my upgraded room. It wasn't terrible but should have been so much better!

The air conditioning wasn’t working and the manager did not care nor make any effort to rectify it. It was a hot and humid night and we didn’t sleep well. We will not stay here again.

Loved the hotel and all the amenities. The theme of our room was fun and well designed. The breakfast included was top notch. We ate like Kings and Queens. Close to subway and major train stations. Lots of places to eat around the area. You will not be disappointed with your choice of this hotel.

Great location for Eurostar Aircon not working. If the weather was a bit colder/ warmer, we couldn’t sleep. Since we arrived very late, ended up staying in the hotel less than 8 hrs and it was not very hot, we managed. But, not worth the risk.

We’ve stayed there with my family a week. I was satisfied with the quality and variety of our breakfast there. Our room was cleaned, The only issue we got is the internet connection it was so bad as in data is better. Until on our 6th day, front desk named Felippo send somebody to fix it then our connection became much better. Thanks to his attentiveness to their guests.
