Great location , friendly discreet staff . Good size rooms of a good standard and I overslept and they extended my check out by 1 hour free id charge. Amazing.! I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. I will not be using them again. I can recommend Hotels.com the Leonardo hotel in Leeds & Bradford.

It's a building with several apartments so ours did not exactly match the photos, but it did look similar enough. We were on the second floor and there was no lift - something to be aware of if you have trouble with stairs. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. The sofa was a little small but comfortable enough. The apartment was clean, but some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, presumably from previous guests. The oven did not work for us. I think the kitchen could benefit from a few more supplies. The shower was great, really good water pressure and heat. It's a good location, the city centre is easily walkable and amenities are all close by. Overall a very pleasant stay and great for the price!

Overall I’d happily return. Sounds first world problem but on night of WC semi- final BBC1 reception dreadful so watched match on phone. Heating effective in freezing spell but no control so too stuffy. Shower head attachment to column broken. Really clear info on appliances etc. it’s in one of my favourite parts of town - lots of character and fine old terraces. Place was immaculately clean and tidy on arrival. Nothing like photos on the booking site though - was that a different place?

First impressions count the stairs were tatty and unkempt Bleach stained carpet and grubby patches The room was more like student accommodation some soft lighting may have helped A rip on the sofa was offputting The bedding was poor sheet did not fit the bed and cover was not ironed One mug for two of us but three of everything else !! Quite disappointing but the positive was the location close to everything we needed Would not stay again unless reassured that things had changed Did not look like the images shown on booking . Com

Unfortunately the property was not as advertised. We booked the executive apartment on the basis that it had 2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed. We arrived at the flat and spent a long time trying to work out how the sofa converted into a bed, and phoned the assistance/managment number provided to us. Turns out, they were trying to claim that a foldable "futon" at the side of the room was the double sofa bed. This was not an appropriate length to serve as a bed for anyone but a child (and we are average height women), and is nowhere near wide enough to fit two people as claimed. We did not expect much from a sofa bed but this was not suitable for any of us to sleep on. There is no reception in the property and the man we spoke to on the phone was extremely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge the property advert is misleading. I contacted hotels.com support, but they were unable to contact The Nest to provide us with help during our stay, or compensation after. Hotels.com were unwilling to provide a refund despite the information on their website being untrue. Other than this: the property was relatively clean, in a good location, however both shower heads in the bathrooms were broken as was the washing machine/drier. I never write reviews but had to for this property to avoid other people ending up in the same situation! Even if you only require 2 beds, I would avoid due to the hostility of property management should you have any issues.
