The owners were really helpful. I informed them beforehand I was arriving late, but I was even later than planned and they had no problem with this. It was a friendly welcome and I just needed a bed as a base for wildlife photography at Bempton and this fitted the bill. There was a bit of wear and tear in the room, but it was clean and a nice building. And great value for money. I would stay again.

One night.Went to Beverley races Monday evening. Room and service quite adequate and will go again but on other days when there is a full bar and restaurant service.

The hotel is very nice, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I had an issue with noise on the first night from other guests but spoke to the team and they dealt with it in an efficient and swift manner
