The Quays

Worst room I’ve ever been shown. Didn’t stay the night as there was dust all over the room and mould in the shower.

Nice hotel clean,tidy and very quiet. Reception lady very good and helpful. Bar was good all staff working hard and pleasan.

Room was adequete, bed was comfortable. The area being near a river, the roads weren't great. Would stay again as the staff are friendly and efficient.

Quiet hotel, perfect base for an evening in Northampton. Bar had a great atmosphere for drinks and the carvery was spot on for Sunday lunch.

Room was perfectly fine for what we needed. Standard Greene King pub attached which was handy, good prices and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok but we had to wait quite a while for hot items to be replenished by the time we arrived (we weren't late), and when it finally did get put out staff were already clearing away hot, cold drinks, toast etc. Experience we had was fine for the price we paid but would recommend you get there early for breakfast!

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. It had everything you would need for a couple of nights away. The hotel itself is cashless which we didn’t know. The breakfast was tasty and plenty to choose from the only thing I would say is that there seemed to be a lack of staff around the hotel and when having breakfast. The ladies there were running around trying to keep up with filling up the breakfast table, emptying tables and serving customers. It just felt they were struggling. There was also hardly anyone on reception. My husband went and rang the bell Someone was in the back and ignored him. Another lady had to leave the restaurant to assist him.

Easy to find, lovely location on the marina. Good selection of food for dinner and buffet breakfast. Clean comfy room. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
