This was a perfect stopover before heading to Heathrow Airport. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very good staff service, very good value for money. Will stay here again when I am in the area.

No kettle in the room and not very clean and food not great either

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Was put in what felt like the highest room in the tower, decor was a little dated, but very comfortable with a large bathroom. Food available was a highlight, very reasonably priced for good quality, with a nice breakfast included. Would happily stay again if I'm ever back in the area.

Have stayed there many times over the years and it has always been good and reliable

Wife and I stayed here for one night. Room was clean, but dated. Bed was comfy. We didnt have evening meal here. We did have breakfast which was just about ok. Dry and shrivelled up half a tomatoe, bacon, mushrooms. The waitress was excellent. The floor was dirty with food, kids crayons and ripped napkins from the previous eve (may be longer?) When we checked out all we got was a "thanks", none of the usual departure customer service "how was your stay, was everythin ok", good bye, safe journey, see you again".

The hotel is ok but the pub/restaurant next door was disgusting. I was going to take a picture from behind the toilet door but it would make someone ill.

Not a great stay but not their fault. Would not recommend for the elderly or walking difficulties as many steps to get to most rooms.

Very impressed with the service from all members of staff. We arrived early and was informed our room was ready, which was great after our journey. All amenities basic but first class.

Lovely staff and room was clean basic twin room. I had an issue with the radiator not turning off and unfortunately there was not another room for me to move to. However they did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible and refunded me for one nights stay. The food at the pub was great and the breakfast excellent.
