No big ornate lobby at this hotel, but what you will get is a service staff that goes beyond to please their guests.

The hotel was lovely….immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The room was rather small, especially considering how expensive it was, but fine for a short stay. The staff were excellent, helpful and very friendly, the location was brilliant. We would definitely consider staying again…..

Very nice boutique hotel with great staff and great location. Very nice bathroom and kitchenette. Rooms are not large but comfortable.

I will return to this lovely little hotel. I felt so welcomed by all staff. Safety is a top priority, rooms are clean and spacious enough. It's well planned out for storage and living space. I even had a lovely balcony. I enjoyed the Brita water filter built into the kitchen sink, and found the microwave and refrigerator useful. The towels were fluffy towels and the warming rack a plus. The location is prime. A less than 5 minute walk to Trafalgar Square or Covent Garden as well as Charing Cross or the Covent Garden train/tube. Very easy walk to different theaters for plays/musicals. So many restaurants, shops and grocers a step away. It was a quiet place to sleep at night too. Beds were comfy and blackout curtains helped. Whatever you may need, staff will definitely do their best to help! I can't wait to return!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the Resident Covent Garden. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the location just off Covent Garden can’t be beat. I was a little worried that street noise would be a problem at night as we were on the second floor but it was extremely quiet. The staff was wonderful - extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Loved this hotel for our stay in London. It was in walking distance to everything including a tube station. Dining all around, shopping all around, landmarks all around, museums all around. It was nice to have a mini kitchen with a mini fridge and microwaves. Plus a sink with filtered water and an Nespresso coffee machine including creamers in the fridge provided by the hotel. The housekeeping took very good care of us. The bathroom was very spacious and we were fortunate to have a room with a bathtub. The beds were so comfortable!

Adorable hotel in a perfect location. Lots of restaurants and attractions near by. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom was better than any bathroom I have seen in Europe. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again! ❤️

This was the perfect area in Covent Garden to explore London. We went to three theater shows, all walkable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The addition of a microwave and mini fridge was very convenient for food leftovers. We would definitely stay here again.
