This was our second time staying here. First time we had booked 4 rooms for our whole extended family. Everyone loved the cleanliness of the hotel, location could not be beat and the wonderful staff who always were happy to see you regardless of the time of day or night you got in. That is the reason we chose to book for the 2nd time with another bunch of extended family. We will be back next year!

I was moved to this location since the Resident in Kensington closed. The hotel feels pretty modern and new. The room and bathroom were relatively (for London) spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The little kitchenette was handy, since the hotel does not have breakfast on site. The location is convenient, right by Victoria Station. It has everything nearby, including M&S Foods, Boots, Pret, and a lot of other places to eat/shop. Would stay there again for sure.

I had a fantastic stay here in Sept! The staff was exceptional, the accommodation amazing! I did book the king room, which was WELL worth the price. There was a personalized note, a bottle of wine on arrival, and lovely Nespresso machine. My favorite thing was the Brita tap! I drink a lot of water and that was key. Earl's Court is a great neighborhood, with easy access to the city and Heathrow, and a full sized grocery (that sells liquor) right up the street. I stocked up on cereal, fruit, cheese and rolls and just ate lunch out. I highly recommend the Resident, and can't wait to return.

Great area! The property itself seemed quite old. Our toilet clogged itself every day we stayed. There was some sort of electrical box just outside our room that emitted a very high pitched whirling sound that was relentless. They said they fixed it, but the sound persisted and was even louder after. I can still hear the ringing in my ears. Got zero sleep even with ear plugs. Not restful
