Excellent hotel for a stay in Windsor. Our stay was just for one night but we found the location and facilities were excellent. Lots of chices for breakfast. Onsite parking for a fee. Easy walk to Windsor centre and sights.

Lovely, friendly staff. Breakfast choice very good. Food good. Had one evening meal which was also good.
Room very nice and clean, but the bathroom was the smallest we have ever had.

As an overall the hotel was lovely with the majority of the staff lovely except the grumpy women he served us breakfast. The room was clean and finished early so we could check in at 1 which was ideal however it was two single beds pushed together which is disappointing. The bath has a small leak which the staff did offer fix if we moved rooms but it was to late in the evening so we just left it. Overall was a good stay but a few changes would have made it even better

Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely breakfast with good service. Very useful to have a car park and electric car charging facilities.
The bar and restaurant area is bright and modern, our room was a little dated.

The staff were amazing and exceptionally hard working. The bedrooms in the property need upgraded however. Breakfast provided a great choice. If you are a light sleeper, take earplugs as it is an old property and floorboards are creaky.

My husband and I treated ourselves for a well deserved weekend away for our 39th wedding anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The breakfasts were amazing and a special shout out to Amhid who served in the diningroom. He was very friendly and helpful. A gem to.have at your establishment.
