A decent small village pub right on the 2-Moors Way. They stock a reasonable range of home-cooked food, a variety of locally brewed beers (eg. Dartmoor & Bay), plus a massive variety of whiskies. The top floor 'suite' has sharply sloping ceilings, so take care if you are up there! We had a peek in the other rooms whilst there too, which are all very nice.

Had the loft room, good for family with 2 teenagers, the futons are good double size comfortable beds. Dinner was a good meal, good beer a good breakfast. Location great for exploring dartmoor.

The property was in a quiet location just what we want. The staff were lovely with great service and the menu had a great selection of choices. We had a lovely room with a view over rural fields. Would highly recommend.
