What a little gem of a property. Despite being above a pub, and on a through road of the village, it’s very quiet. Wonderfully clean, and the self serve continental breakfast buffet is well stocked. Great place.

A nice stay after a long day. My only real negative was the poor availability of tables for the restaurant for hotel guests.

The rooms are above the pub but access is via a steep metal staircase. Room was lovely although at front of building it was quite noisy from passing traffic especially as we had windows open as weather was hot. Fan provided was welcome. No hot breakfast available, continental breakfast buffet is on a help yourself stand outside room and eaten in the room. Fridge in room contained fresh milk and orange juice.

What a lovely pub. Staff were chatty and polite. Everywhere was tastefully decorated, comfortable furnishings both in the pub restaurant and in the room. Food in the restaurant was high quality. Continental Breakfast was an inspired addition (to take in your room - perfect!) Thoroughly enjoyed it and will visit again.

Loved staying here - if i had any complint it would be the thin walls in my room; could hear snoring from next door. Lovely bar and staff. The restaurant menu was impressive and the food amazing. The staff were so lovely, polite and friendly. Would definitely stay here again
