Great place to stay. Lovely room,good location to visit the sights of Northumberland and the borders. Great breakfast choice and quality. Nice atmosphere and locals in the bar with fair pricing too. The staff are excellent and really helpful and obliging.

Lovely large, clean bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space for us and our large dog. Friendly staff and very dog friendly. Husband enjoyed the food even stating breakfast was one of the best he's had. However, I have a gluten allergy and the choice was very limited both on an evening and for breakfast, staff did try to accommodate my needs but still only had 1 choice of gammon with mash or new potatoes on an evening, which was nice but did not want to eat it every evening. Located in a small 2 pub village (& needing to advance book at the other pub) this lack of food choice is the only reason I would not stay again but if you have no food allergies or are happy to drive elsewhere the location is a good base for exploring this part of Northumberland.

Very spacious room with lovely bathroom. Clean, fan provided for warm weather and lovely tea o & biscuits set up. Breakfast provided was lovely and we went for tea on the pub the night before. Highly recommend the fish & chips and jam & coconut sponge with ice cream! Great stay, really enjoyed. Thankyou to Georgia who was so lovely and kind.

The one night stay in quiet Lowick was excellent. No problems at all. Friendly staff (Brenda) and lovely pub meal downstairs while the room was most comfortable. Only issue was the breakfast. I’ve had better.
