The Z Hotel Piccadilly

Immaculately clean room, easy check in, friendly staff. I booked an accessible room which is larger than the usual rooms, and I would definitely do so again in the future (assuming it was available and not needed by someone with a disability). I love that there is a bar and restaurant on site, although the excellent location also makes it very easy to pop out for food or drinks too. Quite possibly the best hotel I’ve ever booked in London. Already planning when to come back.

On arrival I wasn't feeling 100% and the lovely lady gave me some peppermint tea and a ground floor room, which I really appreciated. Staff lovely. Rooms clean. Unfortunately wifi and phone signal just too poor for me to book again given that I couldn't work from my room, dispite being a stones throw from reception

Would not spend more than 1 night here, even that is tough. The price does not reflect the quality, rooms are extremely musty due to the bathroom design and lack of proper cleaning and drying.

The main advantage is the central location, the sheer convenience of being right at the heart of the West End. The room despite not having a window was bright and bigger than I imagined. It had almost anything you'd need for an overnighter. I did need to work on my laptop and I did that by using the bed as a table and part kneeling on a pillow on the floor. It worked only because it wasn't for very long. There are no The room was fairly clean if you didn't look too hard at the corners but fine. I found the tea and coffee making facilities a nice touch and one I used. An amazing thing was how quiet it was in a densely packed floor. I will recommend this hotel for the location. convenience and pricing. tabletops or seating apart from the bed.

Clean room, very small. The fifth floor is apparently in the basement. No phone signal and only unsecure WiFi signal available.

The room was so tiny like a rat cage I size and they charge a lot for stay

Great location and staff….. room is very small and without fridge, but overall a decent stay in central London.

The location is amazing and the team of colleagues working on the bar were fantastic. Check in was not a great experience - the two colleagues manning check in managed to create a queue because they were too busy talking to each other and not acknowledging the guests arriving. A pretty disappointing start to the stay! The room was fine, aircon was really noisy! There was also a lot of noise from the cleaning team at all kinds of times so not the most relaxing environment if you’re trying to sleep!
