The beautiful showers were supplied with shampoo and soap which were obviously positioned by tall persons. Wish you had showers equipped with them for shorter people. Also would have liked a small shelf for personal needs in the shower

I onlyathe shower was supplied by a tall person. the soap and conditioner was not easily reached by a short person, but it was a wonderful experience

Try to be more flexible in case of cancellation like other hotels

Very nice, clean room. Needed more grab bars in tub. Very difficult to get in and out. Limited storage for clothes. (No dresser/wardrobe).

Very near public transport. Easy to access and navigate. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great property for access to Hyde Park and Oxford Street

The hotel was overbooked so couldn't accommodate us, despite us having booked weeks prior via Hotels.com. Moved us to a different hotel down the road. The only positive is that the lady on reception was very courteous and apologetic.

Booked this hotel for an event in Hyde Park. 3 women in a triple room. Great room, lovely comfortable beds and pillows, spacious and quiet. Complimentary bottles of water provided. My only comment would be that a plastic shower cap would have been useful in the bathroom. Otherwise all excellent.

Stayed one night, good room, good service, nice and clean.

Thistle London Park Lane provided good convenience to Hyde Park and the subway (Underground) and buses for our week long visit. The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate a full house. It was a very warm week in July and the room AC struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. A fan was provided and was helpful. Our king bed mattress was not comfortable due to the troughs worn into the sleeping positions. Only one elevator worked during our entire stay. We appreciated the complementary breakfast vouchers given out for not using the housekeeping service during our stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating they held our bags in the front when we got there early as well as after we checked out so we could explore the city. The property is clean, has great Air Conditioning and is centrally located. It is just a 5 minute walk to public transportation, buses and the tube, which we took everywhere. They also have umbrellas available for rent if it happens to be a rainy day which was extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly Good location Nice rooms and comfy beds

Very basic hotel and not worth the price I paid. Lack of tissues in the room, no staff in the evening, lift service was terrible, not sure how they can class this as a 4* hotel when it's barely a 3*. Door to bedroom was incredibly heavy to open and those who are infirm would struggle. Bed wasn't comfortable. Not worth the £235 I paid for one night.

Nice property and great location but my quote on Expedia was much lower on Expedia than what I got charged.

Everything was fine (friendly staff, clean, perfect location) but this is certainly not a 4-star hotel. My room was in the dark basement with small window facing an alley which I wasn’t expecting so was disappointed.

We had a room assigned when we arrived earlier than the check in time, unfortunately the room has no air conditioning (which I assumed the hotel knew as there was a table fan). It was the hottest day so far of 33 degrees and on the top floor of the building. After 15 minutes in the room we knew this is going to be a terrible night without the air conditioning working so we went downstairs to check with reception. They said they will send maintenance so we decided to head out and come back later for when maintenance has checked and resolve the issue. Around an hour later we got back and the maintenance team has not attended the room so we called reception again. One of the reception staff came up to our room and apologise and said that the air cond does not work and they can offer another fan if required. He also mentioned to go down in half an hour if we decided it’s too hot so he can see what he can do. At this point, he also mentioned that they are fully booked and no other room he could swap for us. We took our suitcases down as it was way too hot to even stay in the room and decided we might go to a different hotel. Shortly after we mentioned and spoke to the reception, They managed to find another room (even after telling us the hotel was full). We had a new room, but the air cond also failed to work in the middle of the night so we had to sleep with the windows open.

Excellent service… were made to feel welcome right from the check-in… awesome breakfast… and a very good location

Great location. A few mins walking distance from Tube station(Marble Arch) and Hyde Park. Lots of Cafe's and Restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel is in a good condition. The rooms were spacious snd comfortable. Staff were courteous and polite. Amenities in the room were good. The only bit that was a bit confusing was the lift as some of the rooms are below the ground floor and only a particular lift would go to our floor. But worth the stay and overall we enjoyed it

Perfect location near Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Location was easily walkable and located just minutes from a tube stop.
