Great weekend get away, reasonably priced and a nice few days away from everything. I was super impressed with the level of customer service from al of the young people ( including in Starbucks) and extremely helpful were Rosey and Kieran in the Pub and Jasmin in the Leisure centre . Nice sauna, steam room and Pool . Jacuzzi was out of order .

I stay in a lot of hotels and the village hotels rarely disappoint. The best part for me are the beds and the huge showers BUT this one doesn’t have plug sockets near the bed only usb connection. Love the breakfasts and the on site Starbucks too!

The room was clean, but I could hear kids running around in a nearby room so the soundproofing needs attention! Food wise, it was very disappointing - I follow a plant based diet but there was not a single option on the menu so my dinner was a bag of ready salted crisps!

Not bad at all. I would have expected more fresh airflow while staying at the top floor. The only airspace is through the bathroom and was a bit odd to leave that open. But the staff were very supportive and great. Not bad for a Village hotel

Think of it as a gym / leisure centre that has some rooms to rent, rather than a hotel. Right from the do-it-yourself check-in process, it's clear your a customer not a guest. The room was clean and modern, but very basic and very small. The only window was in the toilet/shower room - which was actually a glass partition from the bedroom, rather than a separate room. It might look cool and modern if you're staying by yourself, but if you're with someone else there's not much privacy when you use toilet/shower room. The breakfast was below average. A lukewarm buffet selection including limp hash browns and cheap sausages. There were plenty of parking spaces, and when I stayed at the weekend, the parking was free. There was also a bus stop just outside that took us directly to the area we were visiting later that evening.
