We booked in hotel staff where fantastic I had car issue and they where supportive my mum has mobility issues and again supportive with the shower and bed from gym to house keeping and resption staff and restaurant staff again amazing and even swimming staff helped my mum for swimming amazing night thank you

Excellent AC but I was given a wheelchair user room which I do not need and was not suitable for me. I did ask reception to change it but they said they are full. It meant i wan banging my legs and bending my back to use the sink in the bathroom and the room had no wardrobe.

Breakfast finishes at 9am sharp and likely before as the space is cleared up just 2 or 3 minutes after 9 with not even 1 bit of fruit on offer. Half the gym lockers don’t work. At busy times, the changing room floor in the male changing room is dirty and soaked. A mix of really nice staff and some with a huge chip on their shoulder. Rooms were fine, however , expected more from the village as never had an issue with the many other Village hotels I’ve used. My village gym is spotless that im a member of at home. Always a fan of the village but not this one. I won’t ve going back. Far better hotels for the money

Horrendous 2 night stay during heatwave of over 30° with broken air conditioning. Small window to open but so much noise being next to the M62. Unbearable temperature. Chargeable parking even though hotel isn't in the middle of a city. Rip off.

Lovely modern rooms. Great bar with lovely food and great staff. Only knocked a star off because there are no longer any EV chargers which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Plenty a few miles away though.

Clean room. But extensive building works meant I had workers outside from early morning and I had the view of scaffolding. Whilst I appreciate things like this happen, there was no warning this was happening or else I would have tried somewhere different. Parking was expensive for a non existent space outside the hotel and had a long walk to the overflow car park or over 5 minutes with a bag in tow. Staff reasonably friendly. Breakfast ok self service buffet. Cooked food was lukewarm. Bar was sports orientated and a bit over noisy. Starbucks coffee not open for the time I would like a coffee. Tea and coffee facilites in room instant poor quality coffee. Over priced for the stay I had.
