My fault entirely for not staying at a more airport based hotel We chose this hotel so we could do a bit of swimming before heading away for the weekend The pool is advertised at closing at 1030 but when we arrived the lady checking us in said last swim for children was 7 It’s not easily visable - the key information you are sent on the hotel says 1030 so my teenage son and I couldn’t swim The bathroom doors aren’t soft close they spring shut very loudly o sorted this by putting a towel inbetween the door sadly my neighbours didn’t do the same Talking of neighbours the walls are super thin and the people in the room next to us was having a party - lots of people lots of noise 2 noise complaints were raised but they still want on until 330am less then ideal when im up at 6am for a flight The lady on check out was nice and did apologise I just think for what I needed for the airport I should have just stuck with the premier inn by the terminal and not try and go “nice”!

Many of the rooms have been renovated, but the hotel appears to be going for a very minimalist approach. Our room had a bed, a slim desk with an office chair, and two small side tables, along with five hangers on a long metal bar and three small hooks for clothing. There was definitely not enough hangers or space for one person’s clothes, let alone for two people staying in the room. The room did include an espresso machine and a water kettle, which we appreciated. The room had a large TV, but even though it was a smart TV, the hotel had disabled access to apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime, which meant we could only watch cable TV rather than log into our own streaming apps. The room also came with an ironing board on the wall, and an iron and small fan that were all placed on the floor in the corner of the room, which made the overall design feel even more awkward and unfinished. There was no mini fridge, no drawers, no dresser, no safe, no phone to call the front desk for service, no bench to sit on while taking your shoes off, no artwork on the walls, and no small dining table with comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or snacks. The washroom also had very limited space for toiletries, especially with no drawers or storage areas available. Overall, the room felt so empty that we immediately noticed it upon entering. Unfortunately, it gave the space an unfinished and somewhat awkward feeling rather than a comfortable or cozy atmosphere.

The room was very clean and well stock. Downfall on no storage for luggage & a lot of wasted space. Staff were very helpful in the main lobby but not so much in the gym/spa. Free parking came with the room type so that’s a bonus.

Room was fine, except for designer dismal decor - bathroom especially dark. Lack of facilities that would be simple to install such as towel rail in bathroom, better room lighting, hooks to hang coats. Staff pleasant and helpful. Checking in on screen seemed unnecessarily complex.

Unfortunately, this hotel attracts customers who want to fight and scream at each other all night. This went on for a considerable amount of time during the early hours of the morning. In the end, the police were called and by that time our ability to sleep had evaporated. No recompense from the hotel

Stay was absolutely shocking. Raves in rooms next door till 2.30, then arguing till 4.30 and staff wouldn't remove them. Room was dirty, poorly lit and boasts about "bedside plugs" which won't exist. Was told my daughter could go swimming. But upon entry was declined as they required me to go in, although I couldn't for medical treatment.

Do not recommend if you want to sleep, rooms need sound proofing. Could hear word for word what neighbouring rooms were saying drunkenly at 1am, 2am and 3am. Could feel every door closing and talking in the corridors. Then when I finally got to sleep planned on a lay in, however 8am Sunday morning the gym “Rave” began!
